How does one petition to have their rating floor lowered?

Write to the USCF office, being sure to give the reason why you feel your floor should be lowered and what you feel it should be lowered to.
As to who to send it to, right now I’m not sure who’s handling those, for the time being send it to jmisner@uschess.org.
