My bookmark for the Ratings Estimator is broken. Likewise the link at the bottom of the US Chess homepage is broken. Does anyone know where to find this useful page?

The link in your post works for me, it could be a cache issue, try clearing your browser cache.
Thanks! I cleared my cache with the same effect. The link didn’t work on my phone either. Alas, it might be a Chrome issue, as that’s my favorite browser. Fortunately, I could load the Ratings Estimator on Edge. SMH.
It comes up on my iPhone (safari) and on Edge, I don’t think Chrome is on this computer.
The link given by the OP works for me on Chrome, so the problem isn’t the browser you’re using.
