I’m trying to submit a membership and a rating report, and haven’t done so for decades. I need a little help.
I guess first, I have the membership batch (one membership) done, but how to submit it? When I click on the button to Submit a Membership Batch for Processing, it indicates that there are no memberships to process "0 Membership Batches found for ID 12492977 (TD or sponsoring affiliate)"
Also, the td, th, and ts exports are loaded, but don’t know how to submit them.
I think I got the membership batch straightened out, but how do I attach the tournament report to the batch, and pay for all at once? Currently, I am receiving: 0 rating reports found for ID 12492977 (sponsoring affiliate, chief TD or submitting TD), even though I’ve uploaded the report. I know the lapsed membership is a problem, but shouldn’t there be an option to attach the report to the batch?
You can’t attach a rating report to a membership batch. Those are two separate functions in TD/A.
I’ve never uploaded a membership batch - I enter the membership information directly in TD/A - but assuming it works similarly to directly-entered batches, once you have your batch you need to submit it for verification. A recent change is that you have to specify the affiliate ID at the time that you submit the batch for verification instead of later when you pay for it. If the verification reports errors or warnings you need to fix them and resubmit. Once the batch has been verified you can click on the button at the top of the list of batches to pay for your membership batch.
