If this event attracted 300 players last year and 250 this year, then it sounds like it must have been reasonably successful. On the other hand, if these TDs/organizer have a habit of major problems, then it should be up to the state chapter and local scholastic coaches to take action (e.g. boycott).

I am from the same area and the person asking the question and know about the situation. This was in the Louisville Ky area.
There are many other organizers and many other qualified TD’s in this area. We have 1-2 large scholastic events each month and 2-3 smaller open events each week.
This is not the first time such has happened with this group. There is a real issue here.
