Tournament Not Showing Up On MSA

Has anyone else experienced problems with tournaments which were submitted many hours ago, and that are listed as “Rated” in the TD/Affiliate Area, not showing up on MSA?

Have you reported it to the office via email or phone? The Forums are not routinely monitored for problems reports.

Is it possible to program this as an automatic response to such inquiries? I realize, of course, that people often want to know if others are having the same problem they are having before they bug the office.

It appears that there is a problem with one of the servers at AWS.

The program that updates MSA tournaments has been revised so that new tournaments that have been rated should be posting, but the tournaments that were rerated as part of today’s rerate will not be updated until the IT consultants can figure out what the problem is and fix it.

Membership updates aren’t getting posted to MSA as they are processed, either, but I have set it up so that they are refreshed every 6 hours or so.

The problem has been corrected and updates should be processing normally again.

It will take a few hours for all of the changes resulting from yesterday’s rerate to get posted (as it always does, since thousands of events are involved) but recently rated events should be up to date.
