adding children to family membership plans

I’ve been contacted by a lady who bought a family membership plan but didn’t see how to add her children to it. She paid the full $85, but only her husband is listed. Is there some way she or I can add her children to that plan, or will that require intervention by the office?

I’m not sure about now but it used to be that you do a membership for each member and reference the first (primary) ID number for each additional member.

Otherwise, send it to the office during business hours.
