Who is the correct person to contact about getting the FA title? I have all the norms, and all the paperwork, but I’m not sure if there is a test that the USCF needs me to take before it will submit my name to FIDE or what.

Also note, I believe that FIDE is now charging to register FA and IA titles, and these fees are probably being passed on to the member.
