30813186 Is my new one. How do I fix this? All I did was re-new my membership and this happened
Send this information to ratingsmgr@uschess.org and it will be corrected.
This happens when the default option (new member) is taken. Might also happen if renewing is taken, the old ID is entered, but the dropdown with the old ID is not then selected.
