Member id flagged as Duplicate

Hi my member id is flagged as duplicate and linked to a different member id where I am marked as unrated. How do I get this fixed?

Contact Member services. Closed on Monday the 19th of Feb.

You need to contact the office and provide the two IDs in question, saying which one of them you want to continue. (The other will continue to be flagged as a duplicate.) What may have happened is that you mistakenly created a new ID when you last renewed.
