It was been published every month since 1948. A lot of the old issues have been scanned and can be view on the NWC website. We hope in a couple of years to have them all available. The recent issues are available in color in PDF files.
Are there any chess tournaments coming up in the Seattle/Tacoma area?
Lots of events in Seattle area. Check the calendar on the NORTHWEST CHESS website, link in the post above. Not a lot of Pacific NW events get TLAs in CHESS LIFE. Several TDs I have talked with say they are not worth the effort that people find their events on Internet.
