He is working on a special 48 page issue for Aug 2012. This mag will be handed out at the US Open in Vancouver WA Aug 4-12. If you are not attending the US Open but would like a copy why now sign up today and support NWC. The Sept issue will have lots of coverage of the US Open. Probably other issues this fall also.
NWC was started in 1948 as WASHINGTON CHESS LETTER. It has published almost every month since and Aug 2012 issue will be Volume 66 issue 775. Frank is editor number 30. Lots of information about Washington and Oregon plus now Idaho is printed every month. Lots of history on the NWC website also.
