Rating floor based on prize money

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere but I can’t seem to get the search facility to work.

I’m wondering what the current rules are concerning what amount of prize money results in a rating floor. I’ve seen some things talking about $1,000 and others $2,000. Can anyone say definitively?

The limit is $2000. I believe it was raised in 2007.

Rating Floors: The minimum prize required for assignment of a prize-based rating floor is
$2000. Prize-based rating floors shall continue to be based on class or section prizes for
Under 2000 or lower only.
