Help from anyone, I’ve uploaded a tournament completed via WinTD. Never had a problem before. Every game result is an error report. All players are recognized and there is correct recognition of the tournament. Is one of the upload files corrupt?
Is this a recent version of WinTD? If so, make sure you’re using creating the ‘old’ format upload files.
Sometimes WinTD just creates invalid files, I don’t think Tom has been able to recreate the condition. Most of the time regenerating them fixes the problem.
